Bag the Social Jetlag TM is a 60 minute workshop designed to teach the pause, establish presence, improve calm and enhance self awareness by utilizing a few simple breathing techniques to regulate the autonomic nervous system and recalibrate energy. By learning somatic strategies for release of tension in the body, participants explore skills to manage energy deficits. Workshop clients will also be directed to follow a few, simple, discipline-inspired options to decrease social media use, limit general digital activity, repurpose wake-up and sleep routines, and optimize rest and recovery.
