The Transcend the Grind Workshop is an introduction to foundational well-being practices. In this 9-week series people learn the basic principles and practices of Breathwork, SomaStrats TM (somatic reset strategies & stretches), and a beginner approach to “minding” gratitude, affirmation, presence and purpose practices.
